The Pinnacle at Symphony Place is off the market! Almost every square foot of the most expensive office building in Nashville is leased. It costs $34 per square foot to lease Pinnacle’s top-grade Class A office space. But don’t worry if your company is looking for comparable office space then there will soon be two more options hitting the market. There are currently two office buildings under construction in the Gulch that are expecting to trump the rental rates of the Pinnacle building. In a recent article in the Nashville Business Journal, Jimmy Miller with Highwoods Properties said he doesn’t see the office market slowing down in the near future. Miller is responsible for the leasing of the Pinnacle building and he discussed his thoughts on the Nashville office market, “We’ve broken through the $30 barrier a lot quicker than I thought we would. Pinnacle has proven the demand is there. You’re not seeing developers nearly as hesitant.” The Pinnacle took some time to reach full occupancy so it will be interesting to see how quickly tenants flock to these newer high end buildings in the current market.
