Horrell Company’s Principal Broker, Steve Horrell, recently leased an industrial building to a Swedish company, MuoviTech, who plans to open its U.S. headquarters here in Nashville. MuoviTech leased nearly 66,000 square feet of industrial space at 1111 Foster Ave and plan to use the space as a sales showroom and its first manufacturing operation facility in North America. The Swedish Company whose headquarters are in Borås, Sweden, manufactures and sells polyethylene pipes and other installation products for geothermal energy. MuoviTech also has plants in Finland, Poland, Holland and Britain. The Horrell Company is glad to be a part of this company’s move to not only Nashville but North America!
