Tracy brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, having previously served at Alliant Commercial Realty Services LLC, where she assisted buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with their commercial space requirements. Prior to Alliant, she worked in advertising sales at The City Paper after relocating to Nashville from Memphis. Then held roles with CB Ragland Co. and Cushman & Wakefield.

A proud alumna of the University of Memphis (2001), Tracy has deep roots in the region and a strong track record in helping clients navigate complex real estate needs.
