Ben received his Affiliate Tennessee Real Estate License in 1984 and his Tennessee Brokers License in 1999. He graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1980 receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration. Prior to joining Horrell Company, he was a homebuilder in Columbia, TN. He has served on several boards including the Boys and Girls Club of Maury County, Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Maury County, the Maury County YMCA, and the Columbia State Community College Foundation. Ben has exclusively represented landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers throughout the State of Tennessee with an emphasis on Industrial Properties.

Mike graduated from the Univ. of Arkansas where he met his wife Sharon and worked as a college student with the Southwestern Publishing Company as a student dealer and manager for 6 years. In 1989, he joined Horrell Company and officially became a member of SIOR in 1998. Mike has served on several boards including the commercial MLS and the Industrial Advisory Board. His former interests include participating in triathlons and in 2008, completing the Boston Marathon. Mike has also been an active member in Toastmasters since 1989. He has represented corporate companies such as PepsiCo, Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., NAPA Genuine Parts Company, Goodwill Industries International, Inc., Interline Brands, Inc., and U.S. Lumber Group, LLC.
